INMOTENERIFE S.L. was created in 1999 by Serge Blöte.

Serge has worked most of his life in real estate. After obtaining his licence in Real Estate he started working in Belgium. When he was offered the opportunity to sell real estate in the United States, he moved there and went to university, obtaining his diploma.  This enabled him to work  in the U.S.

His dream, however, was the Canary Islands.

When Serge arrived in Tenerife in 1992 he worked for various reputable companies. In 1998 he realized that it was the moment to start his own company "Inmotenerife" in a small office in Cabo Blanco. Due to the continuous expansion of the company they moved their offices to larger premises on the main road between Guaza and Buzanada, and have been established at number 314 Carretera Guaza-Buzana, in Buzanada, since September 2002. The office is now situated in Las Galletas, Calle Oríon 11.

"The sky is only the limit" , the future looks bright and the company's policy has not changed, now as it has been since they started, it is: Give a good and honest service and you will have satisfied and happy clients !!!
